  • 12 pieces of chicken wings

  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce

  • 1 egg
  • 8 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • oil for deep frying

Get a large bowl and combine the salt, sesame oil, egg, sugar, and pepper. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Roll the chicken wings in the mixture. Add in the cornstarch and mix until each piece is evenly covered with the mixture. Leave it aside for 20 to 30 minutes.
