Chicken wings are delicious finger foods usually served as appetizers. As its name suggests, this delectable dish is made from the wing part of a chicken which is deep fried or baked. Most chicken wings are served coated with sauce. Popular choices include the traditional buffalo sauce, blue cheese dressing, ranch dressing, and cayenne pepper hot sauce.

Cooking this tasty dish is quite easy. Here's how:

For the ingredients you will need:

  • 1 cup of oil
  • ½ cup of soy sauce
  • 4 cloves of crush garlic
  • ½ cup of orange or lemon juice
  • 4 pounds of chicken wings
  • 2 cups of chicken breading
  • ½ cup of butter
  • a dash of pepper
  • a dash of salt

In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, crushed garlic, lemon or orange juice, and pepper. Stir in all the ingredients until everything is well combined. Place in the chicken wings and marinate overnight.

Roll the marinated chicken in the breading.

Meanwhile, prepare the baking pan by brushing it with melted butter. Place in the wings in a single layer and place it inside the oven. Bake the dish at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.

You can serve your chicken wings with any sauce of your choice.
